About Us

The organisation and our philosophy

Health & Safety Solutions Pty Limited is an innovative workplace health provider which was established in May 2002. In September 2010 Health and Safety Solutions became part of IPAR rehabilitation. This acquisition was motivated by both businesses wishing to increase and broaden their NSW service and geographical coverage.

Our company philosophy of providing exceptional workplace health services in a personalised and timely manner has allowed our business to grow significantly since its inception. The integration of our numerous workplace health and safety services ensures that our customers can access a number of workplace health and safety services from the one company, effectively assisting them to maintain control over the health and well-being of their workforces.

We understand that not all customers will require access to all services. However, we also understand the benefit of accessing several workplace health services from the one organisation rather than having fragmented service provision which often leads to negative outcomes for all parties involved.

Providing an extensive range of services from one organisation allows us to promote coordination, consistency and communication amongst all parties which assists in providing positive outcome focused results for all involved. Our service delivery occurs across a number of compensation systems including NSW WorkCover, Comcare, MAA, CTP and disability insurance schemes.

Rehabilitation & Disability Management Philosophy

Health and Safety Solutions is committed to providing professional, high quality prevention, rehabilitation and disability management services aimed at maximising social inclusion and functioning and achieving the safe and timely return of injured workers to the workplace. The Health and Safety Solutions rehabilitation and disability management team believes that the workplace is usually the most effective and appropriate place to rehabilitate an injured worker to restore them to the fullest physical, psychological, social, vocational and economic usefulness of which they are capable.  We believe that early referral together with a professionally supervised return to work and/or rehabilitation program, maximises positive social  inclusion and employment outcomes and thereby reduces overall compensation scheme costs and the societal impact from disability or injury.
